FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US

We ship worldwide, and to find out how much the shipping costs are you can simply add items to your cart and begin checking out. You'll have a chance to see the shipping options and associated charges before you make a purchase.

Payment of any import duties or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

PRICING

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our payment options include telephone ordering. When using this method, submit your order through our store. Payment must be received before any good are shipped, and your order will be held for up to two weeks while we wait for your payment to arrive. If we haven’t heard from you by that time we will not longer hold the goods.

DOWNLOADABLE GOODS

When you purchase downloadable items (such as MP3 files) you will be sent two emails: a transaction receipt and an email containing links to the file(s). If the second of these emails doesn’t seem to have arrived, please check your bulk mail folder.

Links for downloadable goods are only valid for 72 hours. If you can’t make the download in that time, please contact us.

We can't provide general tech support, and it's really your responsibility to know how to save files, play them on a computer, burn them onto a CD, copy them to an MP3 player, etc. However, if you’re stuck, feel free to contact us and we may be willing and able to provide limited support.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason(s) why.

If goods arrive damaged, or if you think they’ve been inaccurately described on our website. We’re happy to replace them at our expense (including shipping). If you have changed your mind we’re happy to replace them or issue a refund, but we won't refund the shipping costs, and a 20% restocking charge will be applied.

Please contact us for return authorization within seven days of receiving the items.

We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item(s) to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.
