it out this morning. I have to say i'm very impressed! I have bought quite

and I have been enjoying it for the last few days. I'm a computer consultant
and often feel significant stresses associated with my job. I plan to bring
the CD with me in my travels to assist in relaxing at the end of the day and

You have certainly achieved the right balance between leading the meditations
and allowing enough time between your speech so that it is not too intrusive.
It will certainly give me the discipline I need to be more effective when
